That is, the principle of halogen headlamp is basically the same as that of incandescent lamp, so it can be said to be a new generation of incandescent lamp. The interior of this lamp is filled with halogen elements such as bromine and iodine, or tungsten lamp of halide.

After power on, the electric energy at this time can heat the tungsten wire to incandescence to emit light, and then convert the electric energy into heat energy and then into light energy. Under the same power, the brightness of halogen lamp can reach 1.5 times that of incandescent lamp, and its service life is also 2 to 3 times that of incandescent lamp.

The main advantage of halogen lamp lies in its low cost, simple manufacturing process, low color temperature and good penetrability. The response speed when it is turned on is also very good. In rainy and foggy weather, the stronger penetrability can better ensure our driving safety.

We are looking at the LED lamp. The light-emitting diode of this lamp is a solid-state semiconductor device that can convert electrical energy into visible light, which can directly convert electricity into light.

The advantage of LED lamps is energy conservation and environmental protection. The energy consumption of LED lamps is one twentieth of that of halogen lamps. This kind of lamp has a low cost, but it also has a long service life. The service life of some well-known manufacturers' LED lamps can reach 100000 hours. That is to say, our car can't drive, but it can still be on.

In addition, the brightness of this row of lamps is high, and the brightness of the lamps will be much higher than that of halogen lamps. The warning light used as a brake light has no pressure. But the only drawback of this kind of lamp is that Heat dissipation. If the heat dissipation is not good, the service life will be greatly shortened. Let's look at the xenon headlamp. This kind of lamp adopts the high-voltage gas discharge technology. There is no physical filament. There are Mercury and carbon compounds on the electrode. When the high-voltage is loaded on both ends of the electrode, the gas is ionized under the action of high voltage to generate a discharge reaction. The resulting arc discharge can stably emit light through different gas components, The color temperature range of xenon headlamp is also very wide, so the adaptability of this kind of lamp is very strong.

In addition, the service life of xenon headlights is relatively long. Generally, it can reach 3000 hours, and the brightness of xenon headlights is particularly high. Under normal circumstances, 30 xenon bulbs can produce 3200 lumens of strong light, so compared with halogen headlights, the brightness of such lamps can be increased by more than 300%. And the irradiation distance is also very far, so the color temperature of the xenon headlamp is adjustable.

So in general, xenon headlamps with 4300k color temperature can achieve a good balance in terms of brightness and penetration. However, the disadvantage of xenon headlights is that gas discharge requires a boost, that is, it takes a certain time to achieve full brightness.

Finally, laser headlights

In this case, the laser headlamp is the youngest headlamp among these lamps, and it is also the most advanced headlamp at present. In the current automobile market, only a few cars are equipped with laser headlamps. It should be that the irradiation distance of the current laser headlamp is very excellent, and the farthest distance can reach 500m.

The best LED headlamp in the market is 300m. Then it can be very good to ensure that our drivers can see the objects in front completely and clearly during the driving process. The only drawback is that this kind of lamp is too expensive!
